Bob has received numerous commendations and awards during his career in law enforcement. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from St. Francis College. In addition, Bob is certified by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services as a police and security guard instructor.

He is a General Topics Instructor at the Orange County Police Academy and the lead instructor at our Security Guard Training School. Bob is also an adjunct instructor of Criminal Justice at Mount Saint Mary College.

Bob is a member of the American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, The Society of Professional Investigators, The Association of Licensed Detectives of NY State, The American Society of Industrial Security, and the Lieutenants Benevolent Association of the New York City Police Department.
